| Sunday 18th June saw the Church celebrating the Baptism of it's latest member, Benjamin David Yates. A wonderful feeling of family surrounded the congregation as young Benjamin David was Baptised by The Revd. Rodney Warden and Ian. He was very good up until the cold water hit his face and then he protested slightly; but on the whole he behaved impeccably. |
| A beautiful celebration cake was given by Bill and Beryl Blagg which we all enjoyed. Ben's grandfather sang "The Lord Bless you and Keep you" by John Rutter and there was hardly a dry eye in the house, especially as following this our oldest member Daisy presented Benjamin David with his own bible. |
